Ongoing 2021 Research Projects - Recruiting Interviewees
Currently we are seeking participants for two different research projects.
1. The experience of unbossing
We are looking for individuals in leadership/management positions who are willing to be interviewed around their personal experience of shifting to non-hierarchical ways of working and leading. Different companies have different labels for this, we sometimes playfully calls this an "unbossed way of leading". Have you gone through the transition of shifting from leading or managing in a more "traditional" to a more agile/flexible/non-hierarchical setup?
I would love to speak with you around your experience of this.
2. The experience of leaving
We are looking for individuals who have worked in high-pressure/high-stress jobs (at any "level") in a company/organization and then decided to leave/quit. Is this you? I would love to speak with you.
